Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tiptop Speech has established written policies for cancellations, refunds, and complaints.

 a) Where applicable refund of fees in the event a program is canceled or rescheduled by the provider, (b) refund of fees when a participant cancels, and (c) the resolution of complaints

 

  1. Cancellation: Full refunds will be given for cancellation of online courses that the participant has not begun to view.
     

  2. We are unable to give refunds, partial or whole refunds for courses that were initiated.
     

  3. You must cancel your registration in writing for live or in-person events 48 hours before the class begins.  Send a written request to info@wordstim.com.  

    Any request to cancel a live course that is made within 48 hours of the course's start cannot be honored with refunds. We will be happy to offer you a credit to use at a later date. Credits must be used within 90 days.

     

  4. In the event that Tiptop Speech cancels a course, all registrants will be given a full refund within 48 to 72 hours.
     

  5. Resolution of a complaint is achieved through a process managed by the Financial Director of Tiptop Speech. If two reviews of a matter is not sufficiently resolved by the education department staff, the matter is looked at by the company's financial director with input from the registrant. We hope to address your concerns and needs within our processes.
